I have a 2002 Expedition with the 5.4l v8 triton and it just started making a few noises. One is definitely a fan hitting something, but I can't figure out what fan it could be.

The second sounds like a whining noise and think it could be a bad bearing in a pulley, but all of them are running free from what I can see.

When I start driving, the whining noise goes away and I can't really hear the fan clicking noise until after I come to a complete stop. Hopefully someone can help diagnose this issue so I don't have to take it into to a mechanic.

The video is dark because it was 1 am so you can't see anything, but you can definitely hear the noises I am talking about. I can take another video in the day time if need be.

how many miles on the truck, how hard is the fan to spin manually? I'd bet that you've lost a bearing in the fluid coupler and the fan is wobbling. This is something that happens from time to time but not often.

I would remove the idler pulleys and the pulley for the tensioner and spin the bearings in your hand. Often times you won't be able to feel a bad bearing with the pulley installed. Also as stated the fan clutch bearings can go bad and make noise. It's absolutely possible that the fan hitting noise is just a worn pulley bearing.
