Hello everyone! I'm a high school senior in Lansing, MI and the proud owner of a 2003 Expedition Eddie Bauer with 206xxx miles. It's affectionately named Shake 'n' Break, even though (so far) it doesn't really do either. A few months ago I bought wheels and 315/70/17 tires off of a 2012 Raptor, and put a 3" front-2" rear ReadyLifts leveling kit on it. Definitely recommend it; however, there's not much info about putting Raptor rims on our 2nd gens. They do fit, albeit with a tiny bit of trimming on the very edge of the bumper. Maybe I'll do a forum later to clear up some of the confusion. To my knowledge, this is the only 2nd gen EB with Raptor rims.
Also, quick question for anyone with experience--the carpet is wet in the second and third rows. Only noticed it this weekend after heavy rains. Has anyone had this problem? If so, where does the leak come from?! It doesn't seem to show up from the rear vents or liftgate, and it's not coming out of the roof vents either. Not sure if it's a big deal or not, because it's never happened before.
Thanks for reading! If you've got an idea how to fix the problem let me know!
God bless,
Davis

Not sure if it was an option on your year, but do you have a sunroof/moonroof?

It does have a moonroof. That shouldn't be the issue as it's dry around the edges and the headliner isn't stained from it. It's not dirty water so it doesn't seem to be coming from underneath when driving either.

I am also relatively new to Expeditions but on my Jeep Patriot a lot of people had issue with leaking sunroofs channeling the water in the ceiling and then leaking down surprising places. Just a thought.
