I have an 04 expedition great a/c no heat I do not see the heat valve under hood shift at anytime and also see a small line that appears broke but can not seem to find the other end... Line is shown in attached picture I also tried opening the heat valve with a zip tie but still no heat. Vents all Change properly defrost floor blend correctly. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!
