04 expedition with 215000 miles. The past month or so while driving at any speed, it would randomly jerk. Ran my codereader , and it said pcv valve. I replaced that, and it didn't jerk for at least 2 weeks. Then pulled p2198. I replaced bank 2 sensor 1 o2 sensor. It started right up and idled super good for a couple minutes and died and now won't start. I know sometimes the maf sensor can cause it to drive bad and throw codes for 02 sensors. I replaced that. I had the fuel pump and filter replaced 2 months ago. Any ideas at all from you wonderful folks? I can't afford to put it in the shop right now so I'm trying to figure this out myself... and failing.

Another update y'all, put a new fuel pump in, and still won't crank. Back to the drawing board.

Now they say they think it's the fuse box.
Well known problem. Here is a thread on the subject. (it's a sticky in the 2nd gen section)

Fuse box has been replaced, still won't crank. This has gotta be fuel related. The fuel pump is turning on when key turned to on position.

When you say "crank" do mean it won't turn over at all? or it just won't "start" and run? Any DTC codes stored in the computer?

Sorry. Will crank, won't actually start and run. No codes at all. Having to pull in 2 ford "specialists" from what I'm told. Hell, by the time this is said and done, I'm going to be a specialist.

Well i got my expedition back today. She runs so good, BUT now the adv track won't turn back on, none of the doors lock unless you manually push the locks down, and the back door won't open, i guess bc maybe it's locked since the lock/unlock buttons won't work? I took it right back to the shop.

Do you know if they used a brand new fuse box from Ford ? ( It would have the same part number as the one they took out...). Or one out of junkyard that "looks like it'll work" ?
Because the fuse box is very specific to the year and build date of the Expedition. They may "look like it'll work" but the circuit board and programming is unique to each vehicle, right down to the month of manufacture. When things don't work after an install, that worked fine before, that suggests they just pulled one out of a junkyard, that looked like yours but was a different year, or model built. Month of manufacture, and whether or not your Expy has Heated Drivers Seat option are the deciding factors in the correct part number selection. Don't go for one out of a junkyard. The new production fuse boxes also have updated heavier duty fuel pump relay installed, so you won't have this problem anymore.

I'm not giving up yet! The shop said they replaced my fuse box and ECM. I went and got the expedition back yesterday since they said the traction control light was a fluke and is not really malfunctioning. It drives great. I had to drive my son somewhere tonight, and when I hit my right blinker, all lights, including headlights, shut off and turned back on when the blinker stopped blinking. It only happens when right blinker is used. Once we stopped my son pressed the door lock button, and the right blinker turned on. I am so confused, but obviously they crossed some wires somewhere. I'll let yall know what they say this time.

5 weeks? You need to find a new shop. Or get the Mx manuals and become a “specialist” yourself. That’s what I had to do. Good luck.
