I have a 2005 Expedition EB 4x4. Front A/C works fine, but when I put on rear A/C, It turns on but no cold air?? Does anyone know why? Is there a separate freon fill for rear a/c

No, it's most likely a failed blend door actuator on the rear HVAC unit. Very common problem. The system freon is shared between front and rear evaporators.

But with the A/C on, lay under the right rear side of the Expy and put your hand on the A/C pipes to see if they're actually getting cold back to the rear A/C unit. They're just above the exhaust tail pipe, so use caution if the tail pipe is very hot.

The temperature blend door actuator is circled in red ( YH-1767 ) .... the high / low vent door is in green ( YH-1743 ) ....
