06 expedition won't drive.

06 expedition 140000 miles.
Every thing was fine then one day truck would rev but not shift until 3000 rpm. Then after a stop thet truck fail safe light turned on and o/d light flashed Drove it home shifts well except on first gear. Now if i put in drive truck rolls back and rev but wont drive. Is it the transmission? I changed throttle body like someone had said but nothing.

Check trans fluid level, if OK then trans shop. These are electronically controlled. If the fluid hasn't been changed a few times since new you can expect to head to the shop.

The fail safe mode is the transmission telling you help me! I'm with stamp, check fluid if ok, its shop time, or if the rest of vehicles shot, then new Suv/truck time.
