Bought a 2006 Limited a year ago with the factory DVD system. Truck had 50k on it, but had been well cared for. No problems for about 10 months, but for the past 2 months, it has been acting up. I haven't seen it, so I am describing it through my kids eyes. On occasion, the image on the screen will lose its clarity and become all mixed up. The screen does not go black or snowy, and the audio still works fine. Its like the video connection is coming loose, but I am not sure. Over the last week or so, this problem has become more frequent. Is the unit going out? Would you replace with factory unit or aftermarket?
I appreciate any advice anybody has. Thanks!

No advice on why it is acting up, sure it isn't the disk? but I would recommend getting an upgrade. No need to have that big of a TV with that small of a screen.
