I dunno. I would skip the whole problem and rent a car one way.

From 4 wheel drive guide;
Can you drive a 4WD truck without a front or rear drive shaft? Yes, this is possible if you drive a traditional 4WD with a lockable center differential. Remove the damaged drive shaft and lock the center differential. This will allow the transfer box to transfer power to the front or rear drive shaft. You will be able to safely drive the vehicle in front wheel drive or rear wheel drive mode. A few warning lamps from the ETC system might start flashing but don’t panic.

Your vehicular knowledge and reading comprehension are second to none.
;)

OP, you're safe to remove the front driveshaft to drag your Expy with a tow truck. I assume the rear will be off the ground, yeah?

For navi, the OP's truck is going to be brought back with the tow truck he wishes to purchase, he's probably going to lift the rear (off of the ground), and leave the fronts on the road to roll on. Hence his question about the FRONT driveshaft. The towed vehicle won't be running, dash lights (not that there would be any on in the first place) would be irrelevant as it WILL BE TOWED.

You can lead a horse to water...

ha·rass
/həˈras,ˈherəs/

verb
verb: harass; 3rd person present: harasses; past tense: harassed; past participle: harassed; gerund or present participle: harassing
subject to aggressive pressure or intimidation.
"being harassed at work can leave you feeling confused and helpless"

Correcting your wrong info online isn't harassment. If anything, you're the one harassing people, posting misleading or incorrect info, calling people names, being derisive, and being vague in your posts.
