Can a navigation unit from a 2007 expedition fit a 2005 expedition limited? Currently on my nav unit the screen is messed up, not a blank screen, it has the blue streak on the side but can't see anything else. Also most of my buttons do not work, just the preset 1 button so I have to switch stations from my steering wheel or search button. Wanting to replace the head unit, seen a few cheap ones on eBay but I had a thought of trying to find info on a upgrade from a newer expedition, any info will help before I spend money on a oem nav unit, thanx
