08 Expy window regulator problems

Has anyone had any trouble with their windows. My front passenger window was going up and down really slow and making a screeching noise finally it just stopped working all together. I found out the window regulator is shot, and ford wants about $350-$400. Does anyone have a pics or know how to change this out? Havent found much online for the 08. Thanks for any help.

If you have an 08, wouldn't this be covered under warranty (unless you passed 36.000 miles)?

i did it on my 2000 so im not sure about the 08 but with most to all cars once you get the door panel off you can figure it out. on my generation you have to drill the door to get to the bolts that hold the motor and regulator in there. if you get your door panel off and take pics maybe i can look at it and help you out. worth a try
