08 transmission filter change???

I want to do a complete fluid change and cannot find much info on the 6r75 or 6r80 transmission filter change. Has anyone done their yet? If so where did you get the filter and what kind of fluid did you use? What about the diff fluid for the rear end only a 2wd?

You have to use Mercon LV. Only available online or at the Ford dealer. Not to worry, it's not expensive. Only about 6 bucks a quart. But what I need to know is how many quarts go in after a filter change?
