12V Dash Outlet Not Working

Does anyone know which fuse goes to the 12V Dash Outlet on a 2009 XLT? I've pulled EVERY fuse in the fuse box and visually checked them and they all looked good. The owners manual is no help - it doesn't list which fuse should power it either. I even tried checking (with a meter) some of the smaller fuses under the hood. This has really got me puzzled. Are there any more fuses anywhere that I'm overlooking? What size / amp should I be looking for? The outlet is dead and I realy need it! HELP! (I posted this yesterday under Electrical / Stereo, and I guess I should of posted it here. Sorry!)

According to the manual, it should be fuses 71 and 72 in the engine compartment fuse box. Apparently uses a cartridge fuse...I think one of these:



As a side not, don' you have warranty?
