1999 5.4 is Shaking

My Expedition is shaking when I give it some throttle. Also feels like a loss in power. A month ago I had a misfire error that was cylinder 2. I replaced the COP. It was the last one that the dealer did not replace. So all coils and plugs are less than two years old. Fuel filter was replaced with the plugs. With this shaking there is SES light. So I don't know where to begin. Any suggestions? Could one of the other COPs be bad already?

They could be bad. I'm having this same issue on a 97. Replaced COPS and plugs didn't give me much improvement, Now no oil pressure and temp gauge not working. I have some more things to try friday. Will be replacing fuel filter. Also may want to clean your MAF. Any codes?

No codes. I pulled the COP i replaced last month. Looks good. Put it back on. No improvement.
