1st gen Mach amp replacement possibility.?.?

So like a ton of others, my 1st gen Mach amp is toast. I want to replace it with an aftermarket unit while keeping the stock HU and without running tons of wiring. As I understand it, the harness that plugs into the amp carries a differential input, correct? I should be able to run this right into an amp with high level inputs right? The signal wire to the factory amp is only 5v (mine measures around 7), so the replacement amp would need to have signal sensing as well. I've found something that I think will work.

Yeah, I know Boss stuff isn't primo, but spec wise, that should get the job done right?
