200,000 mile service

Does anyone know what service should be performed at 200k, about to hit it on my 2015 EL XLT 4WD Expy.

Don't you have your service manual? Once it hits the maximum (150k, I think), it tells you to repeat x, y, and z at 10,000 mile intervals.

Any issues so far? Sounds like whatever you've been doing has been working.

plugs, coil boots, coolant, check belts and hoses, etc.

I'm at 225,000 on my 2001. Just normal maintenance at every 3500 miles.

Assuming you have a service journal for your vehicle, so items like belt, plugs, should be recorded at date & mile.
Consider the following: Brake fluid system flushed. Rear Differential fluid changed. Pressure test your cooling system.

FOMOCO had a website which allowed you to punch in the year & mileage, then they would list recommended/suggest service....
