Just bought a sweet 2000 EB Expy but the owner removed the custom stereo system that was in it. I went to put in an older factory stereo and had to remove the old custom wiring harness. When I removed it, I discovered the illumination light for the EATC was branched to supply the stereo illumination also. Had to cut the wire to take out the old harness. Now no power to the eatc!!!!!!!! I ran a dedicated fused hotwire to power the new stereo and tried to use that to power up the eatc, worked for a bit, eatc functioned perfectly. Now.....nothing!!! I dont know if I blew something internal in the eatc unit or what!?!?!?!?!?!??!?! Oh, by the way, the wire that was split on the back of the eatc to give illumination to the stereo was small guage red/white. Please help! Summer is gettin here fast in florida and I will cook in this car with no ac!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
