2000 Expedition Fuse 111

I am tracking down a parasitic drain and it’s on fuse 111 in the engine compartment. When pulled the draw is .037 amps, when in place the draw is not consistent and goes between .100 and .114 amps. Does anyone know exactly what this fuse feeds or how to track it further because all my manual says is Ignition Switch Battery Feed. Thank you!

Are you surre it isnt fuse 11 which I beleive is 30 amps. Feeds the GEM module. Do you know the GEM module takes 20 to 40 minutes to go tyo sleep, after which you should see about 30 ma draw. ??
