PLEASE READ AND HELP. Its only when it rains, dashboard surges and wipers cut in and out, radio stays on , heat blowere stays on, next morning have to jump it. Anyone help,

Sounds like you my friend have the infamous windsheild leak. I will leak in the top corner and run down and drip on the GEM module. Look under your dash for water spots and if you see them have your windsheild resealed!
