Hello name is Lawson, first post here looking for some advice. I've browsed the forums here for weeks since I've bought my 2000 EB 4x4. I have only added new tires and performed the Gotts mode thanks to your guy's help finding the post from the F150 site and looking at pictures.

My next addition is coming tomorrow with getting the windows tinted all around. 25 for front two and 20 to all around the back. The main question I have that needs comment is what muffler to chose. I am favorable to the sound of magnaflow. My wife and I are expecting this next summer and I want something that is not gonna have much interior noise, but will still make a nice soft growl outside :) the dynomax I think is what it is has a anti drone muffler that I have seen mixed reviews about reading here. I'm just curious what is recommended by the fellow expo owners. Thanks!

About 4 yrs ago I experimented with the new new ****** Aero Chamber muffler. Once I had it installed on my Bronco, I fell in all graces with it. It is not as loud as a Flowmaster, and has a great tone to it. Every since then, I have bought and built and sold many Bronco's and always added the ****** Aero Chamber muffler with single in, dual out and 3" rolled stainless tips.

Here is a link to it,

Basically everyone has there own experience and likes and dislikes. But for me I will never buy another muffler other than the ****** Aero Chamber.

lhipps I have two kids one very young and I also have straight pipes. My kids on every road trip seem to sleep the best with the rumble my exhaust puts out. To me is the same as sleeping with a fan on or something like that. Never been too loud for them.

Im wondering the same. How is the inside and what model magnaflow? Because I know they make the xl version. I can see that with the rumbling putting them to sleep! Ha
Wife told me today..."I liked the way your truck was, it sounded nice". It was 02 tundra w/ magnaflow.

Canadian... I do believe that's what I'm gonna go with. My stock muffler has single in/single out. Not sure if ours are different since yours is double in. Never the less I talked to a tech guy from magnaflow today on the phone he said the 5x11 oval muffler will do what I'm after. I liked what you have said in other post about the edge cs programmer. Those things seem pretty awesome and would love to have one, prices are awful steep. Wonder if I could find a used one somewhere???
