I converted my 2003 EB 4 wheel air ride suspension to traditional coils. I did it because one of the air-shocks would fill while driving and we were wearing out tires on that corner. Not sure if it was actually leaking or if the hoses were leaking. It never leaked out overnight. All 4 air shocks that I took off look great. No dry-rot at all on the bags and no rust. I am about to get rid of them so if anyone needs 4, I'll sell them cheap. The EB has 95k miles and has been garaged both at home and work since new. The underside of my 2003 EB is immaculate.

PM if interested.

Put them on craigslist and stick them in a box in the garage. Someone who really wants to keep the system will pick them up, but most people that have it go bad just go the route you did and swap them out.
