2003 expedition - all keys lost

what is my cheapest option here? if i buy the blanks from amazon

dealer? 3rd party locksmith? missing all keys at this point

If you don't even have one key that works the ignition and door locks I would recommend calling a locksmith that can work on Fords and make you a pair of keys. Or you can go to the dealer with your registration and valid ID and order a new set from your VIN number. If you had at least one key that worked the door locks and ignition lock you could cut and make your own with the ForScan app and some key blanks.

Ask the locksmith if they can start from scratch. I know they can make a key if you have one that is programmed. Otherwise someone with IDS can start from scratch. I have never used Forscan.
