2004 Eddie Bauer radio dies when temperature goes below 60F.

Here in Central Florida when the temperature dips below 60F the radio dies including all displays such as the clock which stops. When it warms back up it all comes on and the clock starts up again as though just energized, the time being incorrect.
I haven't started checking anything yet. Any suggestions?

Working on electronics, freon is the best way to find a bad solder joint. If it quits when it's cold, a bad solder joint in the radio could be the problem. Barring a bad connection outside of the radio, that would be my suspicion.
