I'm doing the rear Hubs and I can't seem to find a deep enough socket cause the axle nut threaded shaft is so long... Any Ideas?

Buy a proper 6-point deep socket or cut the threaded shaft shorter with an angle grinder. That second option is what most of us have done to mount physically thinner F150 rims on our Expeditions.

Don't even need to buy it. Most parts stores offer free loaner tools. I haven't done it on the Expedition, but I borrowed a set of axle nut sockets from my local AutoZone when I had to replace the hub on my car.
