2006 Expedition 1450 code system cant bleed?

Goodmorning all. My 06 is getting a 1450 code. Recently replaced o2 bank2 downstream and now I'm getting this code. It runs ok but when you try to accelerate especially on the interstate the truck starts stuttering. And the check engine light begins blinking. Anybody experience this before. Any suggestions on a fix?

Check fuel cap most of the time that is the problem.

Ok I did replace that because I was getting a check fuel cap light. Maybe the one I brought was defective. Thanks for the advice though.

Make sure you bought the right kind of gas cap. some of the cheaper ones don't have the vent that is needed. go with a OEM product.
