When I get out the seat goes back and the steering wheel goes up but half the time when I get back in and put the key in nothing happens and I have to adjust the seat and steering wheel with the controls. This for my Navigator but I assume some Expeditions have this feature. I bought it a month ago so maybe I am doing something wrong.

Is there a seat memory button on the side of the seat? There are two on mine. Program either of them and see if they'll restore your settings after easy exit has messed them up and doesn't reset on entry.

I disabled the easy entry "feature" within a day of buying my '17 truck as I found it extremely annoying. The seat memory function, however, is great as I can restore my settings after my family has borrowed it for road trips which need more cargo (dogs and baby equipment) than their sedans.

I’m not sure how or if you can do this on the 15-17, but on 07-14 Expys you can enable the memory seats/pedals/mirrors to set via the remote fob. You can program each fob with the separate driver settings. My 2007 Eddie Bauer sets everything as soon as I hit the unlock button on my fob if anything has been changed, like you I also turned off easy entry. Since I’m really the only one ever driving my truck it will rarely need to change but still a cool gizmo. Here is the thread:

Thanks I will try that and get back with the findings in a week or less. The thing I find annoying is that it isn't fast enough, I don't like waiting on it to return to normal, otherwise I could take it or leave it. I never needed it in the Excursion I had with all that room. I'm 6'1" and not fat so the electric running board isn't much of a help either.
