2007 nav unit

I have a 07 EXPY EB auidiophile system that I want to put in a nav unit from a 2007 mustang. Part number is 8R3T-18K931-EA. Does anyone know if it will work and if the phone features will work without adding anything else?

crutchfield.com put in info for mustang match against info for expedition...unless that is factory HU...either way i dont know
