2008 - electrical issues

Wipers work… washers don’t. When pushing the stalk for the washer, a click can be heard by the fuse box in the passenger footwell.

Horn doesn’t work. When pushing the horn, a click can be heard by the fuse box in the passenger footwell.

Heated seats flash for a second, don’t turn on. Cooling seats flash for a second, don’t turn on.

Fuses are all good, nothing blown.

Any idea what could be making that clicking noise near the fuse box? I’m beginning to think this is all somehow interconnected.

I think certain years had fuse box issues because of leaks in front windshield that let water in that made it way to fuse box. IIRC I had to had dealership replace on my my Navigator for same reason.

Look for a relay that's clicking and swap it with another in the same fuse box. See if that works.
