2008 Engine Removal

I spent time looking for a post about removing a Gen-3 engine and kinda surprised there isn't a write-up.

Anything I should look out for? I am pulling our engine tomorrow evening (at least starting to) and hoping to get it all back together with a new reman engine by Monday.

I saw a couple posts on other websites about lifting the body?!? Looked like earlier expeditions, but is that the best way on a G3 as well?

Fortunately I have a friend helping that is a diesel mechanic, but he hasn't done anything on an Expy before so any advice is greatly appreciated.

don't think anyone has done it...depends on if ur leaving the trans on it or not...if u can...i'd say take the body off
