2008 f150 5.4 Vin V into a 2007 Expedition 5.4 Vin 5 ?

Hey folks, I have a 2007 expedition that needs another engine. That salvage yard has a good running 5.4 from a 2008 F150 with Vin V. The guy says it will work in my 2007 Vin 5 expedition. The So far the only difference I can come up with is the Vin V is flex fuel and my truck isn't.

Can this swap work?
