2010 el limited no charge at all

2010 el limited 3 different alternators, 2 different batteries, bypassed fuse link not getting any charge or power from alternator checked all connections nothings corroded or lose getting 9 volts from pcm to alternator

You’re not getting something like p0620 or a p0622 codes?
Take a multimeter and measure the voltage across the battery when the alternator kicks in / out.
Check for engine ground, clean the battery posts and the terminals, look for pin fitment or connector issues (gencom and genmon pins). Sounds like you need a proper diag and or an oscilloscope. What happens if you rev the engine or put like a heavy load on (fans, lights, defrost heaters etc)?

So I replaced a pulley that looked bad just for S&G and it immediately gave me power to my alternator after I started it with that bad pulley replaced now I am working on replacing all pulleys and the serpentine belt as we speak to see if that helps
