Looking for some help out here. I have a 2010 XLT and have on a few occasions stopped to get gas and when getting back in the vehicle it would not start. Would again start after sitting for 5-10 min. Just was at the dealership and the battery and alternator tested well. Anyone experience this problem ?

next time it does not start try putting the gear shift in neutral or try moving the gear shift lever up and down in other words wiggle the gear shift

when this happens does the engine crank over do you hear any clicking sounds

Is your vehicle still experiencing the concern after your visit to the Ford Dealer? I'm going to look into options on my end; please send me a PM with your full name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and the name of the dealer you visited.

Thanks!
