2010 Seat Swap

I just purchased a bench/center console seat from a 2009 F150. I was thinking it would bolt right into my 2010 Exp. Different hole locations and different terminal plugs. Before I tap new holes, are there any other suggestions?

Totally different platforms, despite the similarities. You can make anything work, but that sounds like a lot of effort.
