My 2010 has been having issues starting often most frequently noticed when trying to leave the gas station after fueling. I've also noticed a rougher idle when driving slow into the garage. Seems to mostly be when the engine is hot. It is now starting to die when stopped at red lights.

Most of the time when this occurs there are no engine lights. Very rarely when this happens the engine light will come on and the dealer indicates this was showing something with the gas cap and they didn't have any idea. So far they've recommended replacing plugs which I've done with no impact. The dealer doesn't have any other suggestions as they cannot replicate.

When it is having trouble starting if I put the gas pedal to the floor it will start after a few seconds of turning over.

Any thoughts on this issue are appreciated. Thanks

Kevin

Going to keep it simple - you need three things for an engine to run.
Fuel, Air & Spark. One or more are dropping out of the equation. Hence a no start condition.

This isn't any different than going to the doctor. One of the things they do is take your vitals.
You should take the "vitals" of the engine.
Is it getting fuel when hot? If so what is the psi?
Is the air filter clogged?
Is there spark when the engine is hot?
