2015 loaded xlt

2015 103k. Just drove to Florida from Wisconsin and got back and we had the hair issue. See pic. Is it ok for the turbos if I just keep ripping everything I can out of the exhaust?

I call dealership and they said it’s ok on the turbos. I just cleaned all the fiberglass out of it.
