2017 Expedition front blower issues

The front ac.heat blower keeps going out - only common thread is use of remote start. Am really getting tired of shelling out $ for this/that. Unfortunately, I am not a mechanic and folks at Ford garage want to get paid. Need a solution.... buy Chevy?
