Has anyone placed order for 2019? If so - what is build start date you are getting and when is expected delivery?

They just started scheduling in the last week or so. I have one on order, but haven’t heard from the dealer on a solid delivery date. He told me to expect it sometime around Thanksgiving, but he’ll let me know when he gets a solid date.
