2019 Max Platinum / Apple Car play wont work

Good morning,

2019 Max Platinum Apple Car Play will not connect..

Siri is on / Apple cord / reset done / phone is new and updated. Could it be a fuse for that USB port? All other USB ports are working.
For the Car Play fuse, anyone know the fuse number and location?

On a different vehicle i have than your’s, my Apple Car Play connects wirelessly via Bluetooth.

Have you tried connecting that way?

I am a technology novice, but are you sure your vehicle requires connecting via a cord?

Hi...they have tried....i think it must need the cable

Only one or two ports in the truck are connected to Sync for data transfer.

The others are just powered to charge or operate devices.
