2020 Limited Stealth - CCD or not?

Looking to buy this out of state. The dealer took a photo and it has the solenoid that I understood to indicate CCD. However, the Monroney label doesn't list CCD. Any ideas?

I did put the VIN into parts.ford.com and this is what it came up with.

The 2020 order guide states the 303A includes 22" rims and CCD.
