We had a '19 Stealth (pictured next to the ST in attached photo). Traded that a year ago when we thought we wanted to downsize to a '23 Explorer ST. The ST is fun to drive, but we found that we miss the size. Last week, our dealer needed to replace a tire due to a screw in the sidewall, needless to say they really scratched the wheel up. Dealer will take care of it, but also knows we are looking to upgrade back to an Expy. He had already ordered exactly what we had but in a '24 with the 303A package earlier in the week and is willing to give us a great deal on it if we choose not to have the wheel on the ST replaced. It would be here in approx 3 months. I was hoping to wait until the 25's were out, but not sure I can pass up on this deal. I like the idea of the Sync4 with having that in my '21 F150 and the larger screen too. Hindsight is 20/20 and should have never traded the '19 as we really liked that one!image0.jpeg

If its gonna take 3 months anyway, the my25s will hopefully be revealed and you can make your decision then.

Could be as soon as 2 months to the dealer lot, and I understand they may release the 25's in 3-4 months, but how long will it take after that to get one? I'm sure the price will be higher too, usually ends up that way.

I think the 25's may come with a heads up display, which I sorely miss in my 22 Stealth. I had it in a 2016 Yukon Denali and my wife has it in her 22 Palisade. A feature I can't believe is taking Ford so long to offer.

Still nothing on the release of the 25's, or more solid info as to all the updates. The '24 is being shipped and should be at the dealer in a week or so. Now Ford dropped the rate to 0% for 36 months, and I also just received a $2500 private offer that I can use with my X plan.

The '24 is looking more like it will happen at this point.

Yea ford is doing themselves a disservice but not unveiling their fs suvs atm, especially since the navigators sales are down. If they giving you a 10k+ discount with 0%, I would take that deal as well.

Not free, but split the difference was the offer, but normally don't keep the wife's vehicle much past 3 years.

if you dont plan on keeping it past 3 years then u dont need a esp at all
Right, but if we decide to keep past 3 years then we got it for half price which we won't at the end of 3 years, and if we trade, we get prorated back.

Well it showed up at the dealer last Friday while we were out of town for the weekend. Bonus also that there was another $2000 off! So got X plan + $4500 off of that. Took it for a test drive tonight. It was like seeing an old friend! There was a slight shimmy in the steering wheel when I would let go of the wheel. I had read that was a common issue with the General Grabbers. Dealer says they will rebalance or give credit towards a new set of choice. We put Toyo Celsius' on our last Expy and were really happy with those. I would prefer 3 peak rated tires for our Northern Minnesota winters. expy 1.png

Can’t believe Ford still hasn’t announced the 2025 Expedition. I wonder if the securicode keypad will get deleted with the 25 model like they’re doing on all the new vehicles recently.

I almost feel like fords not confident in it. When they are confident in the product, they reveal them early, i.e. the 2015 f150, 03 expy, 13 fusion, 22 lightning. But when they aren't confident like the refreshes, they don't reveal until the order banks open. Seems like we won't get a reveal until October at this point. Not only that, spy photos are few and far between. I've seen more photos of the escalade iql than the expy.

I agree, almost have had the '24 now for 2 months and nothing new from Ford at all on the 25's.

I'll be patient, so long as Ford doesn't follow FCA/Stellantis' plan. ...I'm looking at you Ram "classic". Why won't you go away?
