23 Limited w/o HD towing. How difficult is it to add a brake controller ?

I'm looking to add an aftermarket TBC to our Gen 4 this week. any recommendtions ? I found a guy on etc that has a 'blank' replacement for the coin holder. Planning on an 'in-dash' Tekonsha, Curt or Reese as I want functional but also a clean look.

Will I need some 'custom' but off the shelf harness Or is this something that has to be spliced in ?
