2nd Gen Fog Light housing question

is this Item located on your website RI - Factory Style Smoke Fog Lights
2006 Ford Expedition / Item # 308273 look blacked out? what does H10 Bulbs by RI mean? it comes with those bulbs are they brighter than stock bulbs?

I currently have this item Dorman® - Replacement Headlight 2006 Ford Expedition / Item # 34590855 as my headlights will the top fog light housing match or be compatible with these headlights?

I'm so sorry about bothering you with this pesky question... but if these look what I think they look like it will complete my headlights and entire front end.

Both items are blacked out and they will look really nice together.
The fog lights come with the bulbs. H10 is a bulb size (it is a common bulb size for aftermarket fog lights). Thir brightness is pretty much the same with your stock fogs.
