2nd Gen Mirror Swap on 1st Gen

Does anybody have a write up of where to get mirrors from, as well as how to install them?

I want to install the 2nd gen (heated/turn signal) mirrors on my '00 Expedition.

I like the black look as opposed to my painted ones (Eddie Bauer), plus my passenger side mirror cap is broken so it's a good excuse to upgrade mirrors anyways.
