I just got my 3 inch rear spring spacers. They are 2.5 inches tall at the highest point. I called tech support and he said they will lift it 3 inches because they change the spring rate. Is this right?

Yeah its true. I have the same ones. It doesnt really change the spring rate. it just rotates it. I put new springs (factory) under mine too and it actually lifted it a little more like 3 1/2 - 4 inch with the new springs. ( old ones had 200,000 miles on them. Check out my album to see the differences if you'd like.

Ok, thanks. I didn't want to do it twice if it was wrong. I got the Suspreme Suspension billet aluminum spacers.
