I don't know if they are the right size, but I saw that O'reilleys has coil spacers part number 18-1901 made by superior automotive, I did a little search and found that you can buy these on Amazon.com shipped to your door for $7.50 each. just putting it out there.

Good find but those look completely different than the spacers that are on my truck, who knows though. Maybe they'll work!
And good looking truck, were you able to get a full 3 inches out of your stock torsion bars?
