I don't have this issue. I'm not in mine, but I am 99% sure that the rear shows a similar perspective as the front.
Thanks Lou, from other pictures and videos I've seen online it shows full surround image front and rear.

Mine shows the rear camera in the 360 view when backing up I believe... Will double check when I pickup the kids from school.

It's crazy that the QC part of the dealer visit is so poor! It's almost like they didn't even test it...
Unless it was working when you picked it up (did you test it at the dealer before leaving?) and maybe a wire came loose?

Notice the back up view works, just not the 360. It’s the same camera. So the camera is working, but whatever software wizardry they use to create the 360 view isn’t working. When my front was doing this after it was replaced they had to hook up with a laptop and do “something”. Works fine now.
Try the 360 view without starting the car. I bet it works.

Called the dealer back and they said bring it in again, but they stated nothing they can do until the recall becomes official. WOW!
Take it somewhere else. They didn’t finish the job. I see based on your reply it works when the car isn’t running but stops working when it is running. This is EXACTLY what my front camera did after the body shop installed a new one. They called some mobile tech company out and they connected up with a laptop and “calibrated the camera” or “programmed it” in some manner. I don’t have all the details other than it was necessary to do more than just replace it.
