3rd row seat, Navigator to Expy?

Will the 3rd row seat from a 2000 Navigator fit in a 2000 Expedition? I've purchased a 2000 Expy that I'm still waiting to pickup. I know it doesn't have the 3rd row seat anymore but it did come with it originally. Found a 3rd row seat from a 2000 Navigator locally and very cheap. My new to me Expy is still 1200 miles away and I doubt I'll have it before February but if the Navi seat will fit, I'll go get it. Thanks
