3rd row windows electrical ?'s

I have a 2007 e.b. el with electric 3rd row windows that are controlled by the switch that also opens the sunroof. Sometimes the passenger side window will not close while the driver side works fine all the time, I can push the button repeatedly to no avail, but sometimes it works just fine.

In fact, last night I couldn't close the passenger side 3rd row but this morning it closed on the first attempt. I am thinking that my issue is the 3rd row passenger side motor, any other thoughts?

Is this something that I should have the dealer take care of? I am pretty good with this kind of thing, I just don't want to throw parts at it until it is fixed.

if it is under warranty let them worry about it if not then just clean the switch connectors first that is the problem alot of time. and free. if that doesn't work get out the multimeter and start checking connections at the switch and motor.
