4.6 to 5.4 swap

getting ready to do a engine swap and was curous on were i can get a tune for my existing computer tune run with the 5.4

I need help I bot a 2001 expedition 4x4 with a5.4 motor it has a 100 r transmsion. I took out the motor& transmision & pcm wire harnes will this work on a 4.6 2000 with out changing the inside cab wire . I was told that I only had to change out the ignition keys I would like to know if this is true .
