I used to tune my diesels. The last one i did.. 2004 f350 I must have tuned a little too high.. Between the tune, and messing up my back not being able to work... afford to proper maintain.. totally screwed the motor. I did tune my 2010 f150 5.3 and added K N intake filter. It ran better sounded much better. Did not have that truck long. I still have the tuner and K N filter if anyone wants it cheap..
