4wd/awd switch what wire is illumination

Hi does anybody happen to know which wire going to the awd/4wd switch on a 99 expedition is the ground and which is the power to the illumination?Or happen to have the wiring diagram.I am replacing the rice bulb that is blown with a green led but I want to wire it in instead of using the factor twist fitting.Also Looking for the illumination and ground for the headlight control switch.

Got a test light and/or a VOM (volt ohm meter)?
If not, get them! Super cheap tools that will make your life easy. Every toolbox should have a test light and a VOM.

Grounds are usually black, the positive wire is light blue/red stripe.

Thanks guys. I got wires sorted now I am trying to hunt down a green led that matches the factory green off the shelf green is not even close.

Good luck with that, easiest is to change them all to led.
